Meet Chef B.
For me, hospitality is much more than cooking. My journey began in Texas, where a tight-knit community and soulful food shaped who I am both as a person and as a chef. Over the last twenty years, I've witnessed how the right food can nurture, heal, and unite people from every walk of life. Those early experiences lit the spark that drives me every day.
My path has not always been smooth. I started as a personal chef and caterer in Texas, learning through trial, error, and faith. Each new city, like Los Angeles, opened my eyes to the urgent need for real, whole plant foods made with care and respect. I saw loved ones struggle with chronic diseases fueled by fast food and processed ingredients, and I realized that change could start right at the kitchen table.
Now operating with full MEHKO certification in Los Angeles, I take pride in foraging local farmers markets, building relationships with growers, and selecting seasonal produce for every meal. I choose only non-GMO, organic ingredients whenever possible and avoid soy or processed substitutes. Each dish, from walnut-mushroom tacos to vibrant pressed juices, is crafted with the intention to nourish both body and spirit. My mission is to help families reconnect over wholesome meals, share knowledge at every table, and inspire others to cook, eat, and thrive with purpose.
